Many people believe that gemstones can have an effect on our physical and/or emotional health. While I cannot vouch for the truth of this, I also cannot prove that it isn't true. As I continue my own battle against infertility, I have gained a deeper respect for the influence my mind has over how my body works. Because of this, I've begun to research alternate methods of dealing with infertility - not as replacements for tried and proven treatments, but as enhancements.
The jewelry on this page is made primarily (in most cases, exclusively) with gemstones traditionally believed to be associated with fertility. As I created each piece, I focused on positive thoughts of life, love and motherhood, hoping to enhance the positive energy of the stones themselves with the positive energy of my hopes and prayers for all of my sisters who have to deal with the terrible burden of infertility.
